When can you use the Rental Debt Ledger?
→ Must have a Court Order or Tribunal Decision;
→ Or, rent is owing for more than 120 days (coming soon)
Openroom provides volume discounts for organizations that wish to report rental debt. As soon as you reach this threshold, you get access to the loyalty tier to get the bulk pricing.
