Two ways to upload court orders to Openroom 

Head to https://openroom.ca/upload/ page either as a logged in (anonymous user) or a logged in (Openroom account user)

Fields you will need to submit a documentation

In order to submit a court order file into Openroom, you will need to know:


✓ The Canadian Province


✓ Your email address


✓ The PDF version of the court order


Documents we accept

We only accept documents as it relates to residential tenancy disputes.


✓ Tribunals Decisions of every Provincial jurisdiction in Canada


✓ Divisional Courts


✓ Superior Courts


✓ Small Claims Court Enforcement Orders

Documents that we do not accept

When documents are sent in that do not meet guidelines, we reject and notify you of it through the email provided upon upload.


✗ Application filings or Notices of any sort before a court decision is made. For example, L or N or T forms in Ontario.


✗ Documents without all of the pages. For example, if you send in only page 1 when there are 5 pages, it will be rejected.


✗ Documents that are redacted. For example, if you tamper with the original by blacking out names or addresses, it will be rejected.
